GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR "BLUESIDE EMOTIONAL DESIGN" (A DIVISION OF STEROGLASS SRL)

(also referred to hereinafter as www.blueside-design.com)

Product prices, content and availability

All prices given on the website include VAT.
The prices and availability given in this shop are understood to be as long as stocks last and are subject to variations depending on the market or other factors.
Discounts, purchase vouchers and promotions can never be combined.

Price and order confirmation via e-mail

Send your order form and you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. The price applied will be the price set at the time of order. However, some offers or articles may have run out in the meantime or may have been subjected to a significant price change. In this case, we will immediately contact you to cancel your order.

Liability

www.blueside-design.com will not be held liable for the way in which the customer intends to use the purchased goods. In the event of faulty or broken goods, www.blueside-design.com will promptly collect them at its own expense and dispatch replacement goods.

www.blueside-design.com will, however, only be obliged to repair or replace at its own discretion. Under no circumstance will www.blueside-design.com be held liable for any loss of revenue if the products purchased cannot be used.

Order and return dispatch

You must notify (even by e-mail) any products or part of the products that are missing from the package or are damaged in transit within 2 days from receipt of your parcel.

When the courier delivers the goods, the Customer must check the packaging is completely intact, undamaged, dry and without any damage to the materials sealing it. If not, the delivery courier must be notified of any damage and he will add a "goods received subject to verification" to the delivery note (counter-signed by the courier) and report everything via e-mail to info@blueside-design.com.

Delivery procedures and times

www.blueside-design.com ships goods via couriers that offer a rapid, guaranteed service.
The average shipment times in Italy are 4-6 working days from the order date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). However, this may vary on grounds of force majeure, such as bad weather and strikes. For EU countries the average times are 5-15 working days. For countries outside the European Union, shipment times will be agreed each time.

Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national bank holidays. The products will be delivered to the address specified at the time of order.
At the time of purchase, it is extremely important to give a current telephone number and e-mail address to enable the courier to contact you and optimise delivery procedures.

Shipment costs

www.blueside-design.com applies the following shipment costs:

Italy: Shipment cost EUR 8.9 throughout Italy for orders up to EUR 75. For purchases over EUR 75, shipment is free of charge.
These tariffs are valid exclusively in Italy.
For EU countries, shipment costs are EUR 30.

Shipment costs via courier for the area outside the EU vary and are calculated by our customer service department that will notify the customer via e-mail or telephone.

Payment Terms and Procedures

Paypal

PayPal is a completely secure, on-line payment method that will enable you to pay for your order by directly accessing your account. PayPal will manage your account and credit card data directly and will simply notify us via e-mail once payment has been made.
At the time of order confirmation, you just need to select your payment option of "Credit card or PayPal" to be transferred directly to the PAYPAL website. Then, enter your e-mail and password to access your PayPal account and complete payment, or you can pay directly by credit card thanks to the PayPal circuit.

We do not accept cash payment (on delivery).

Bank Transfer

You may pay by bank transfer to our C/A using the following bank details:

When you select one of these payment methods, your order will be completed only once our bank account has received the payment. Shipment times will be calculated from receipt of payment.

Return of goods and right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a "consumer" (i.e. a natural person not acting for any business, commercial, artisan or professional purpose), he/she has the right to withdraw from any Purchase and Sales Agreements within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products subject of the Purchase and Sales Agreement, pursuant to and by effect of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, updated by the Consumer Code to implement EU Directive 2011/83 on consumers' rights, in force since 14 June 2014.
The Customer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending www.blueside-design.com a written notification via e-mail to the address given on the Contact page info@blueside-design.com, containing:

  • his/her statement of intention to make use of the right of withdrawal;
  • the order number that led to the Purchase and Sale Agreement, from which he/she intends to withdraw. In this case, the shipment costs for the return will be at the customer's expense.

On the contrary, if it involves a measurement replacement in the case of jewellery, shipment remains at the expense of Blueside Emotional Design.
Blueside Emotional Design will also pay for return shipment and subsequent re-shipment of the goods in the event of product breakage or damage.
