Ambrosia conical is a handcrafted borosilicate glass 3.3 serving stand designed to transform individual serving into an experience to compose, taste and enjoy with the eyes.

Its structure brings together a plate and a bowl positioned at two different levels. The bowl can hold sauces, creams, dressings and other liquid or creamy preparations, while the plate provides space for the foods that accompany them. The result is an original and intuitive way to serve food: the dip above, and everything to enjoy with it below.

Crudités and dips, sushi and soy sauce, finger food and creams, bread and condiments, pastries and sweet accompaniments: Ambrosia invites you to experiment with flavours, textures, shapes and colours, transforming every serving into a small culinary composition.

But Ambrosia’s most distinctive feature is its reversible design. Simply turn it upside down to completely change the presentation: the bowl becomes the base and the plate moves to the upper level. One object therefore offers two different configurations, giving you the freedom to choose how to use it and present your creations each time.

The transparency of the glass gives the structure a sense of lightness and allows the ingredients to take centre stage, while its vertical design creates a true culinary setting dedicated to each individual guest.
