This unique plate was born from the desire to offer contemporary cuisine a glass canvas upon which creativity can take shape. Its design evokes the root of the lotus flower — a symbol of balance and rebirth — translated into an organic structure of irregular elevations and cavities inspired by the natural cross-section of the Japanese root.

Reversible, it embodies two souls within a single object:
• When turned upside down, it reveals a surface dotted with small “peaks,” perfect for creating striking deep presentations where sauces, emulsions, and colored broths become part of the composition.
• Used as a raised stand or serving plate, it features eight small, irregular cavities, ideal for holding a variety of sweet and savory delicacies: amuse-bouche, oysters, creams, small tastings, and micro-compositions.
