Pablo is a vase made of handcrafted borosilicate glass 3.3, characterised by a clean, geometric cylindrical shape interrupted by an unexpected deformation in the glass.

The surface appears to bend and curve inwards, creating an organic, irregular detail that breaks the linearity of the cylinder. A seemingly simple gesture that transforms the vase: viewed from different angles, the detail changes in shape and perspective, creating ever-changing plays of light, transparency and reflection.

When filled with water, this distinctive feature becomes even more striking: refractions and distortions alter the perception of the glass and its contents, creating a dialogue between the vase’s essential geometry and the unpredictability of the material.

The name Pablo pays tribute to Pablo Picasso and his ability to move beyond conventional representations of form, revealing reality through different perspectives. In the same way, Pablo invites us to look at an apparently simple object from a new point of view.

Subtle yet highly expressive, Pablo brings together geometric precision and imperfection, control and spontaneity in a single object. With or without flowers, it becomes a small glass sculpture, constantly transformed by light and by the perspective of the observer.
